Medium Voltage industrial cables are available in voltages from 2 kV to 35 kV in copper or aluminum single core conductors. EPR insulation is a very popular material but there are also XLPE options, followed by a copper tape shield and then jackets ranging from PVC, LSZH to CPE.
MV cables are suited for use in wet and dry areas, conduits, ducts, troughs, trays, direct burial, aerially supported by a messenger and where superior electrical properties are desired.
